Glazed Carrots with Curcumall and Ginger
Glazed Carrots with Ginger and Curcumall®
A tasty dish that combines three “superfoods” on one delicious plate: Carrots, Curcumin and Ginger.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped carrots
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Curcumall®
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup diced ginger
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Bring a few tablespoons of water, olive oil and Curcumall to a boil in a pot with steamer basket. Steam carrots for about 10 minutes. Add ginger, cranberries and salt to taste. Steam for additional 5-10 minutes and serve the healthy, delicious side dish.
